One on one Health Coaching Meetings
Getting to know you session - START HERE!
Every program begins with a free 20-30 min FREE call. It gives us a chance to get to know one another, ask questions, and gather info, and you can decide if working together is a good fit. There is no pressure and no hard feelings if you decide not proceed. Many times I have experienced calls where I have referred people to other professionals. It really is just a chance to talk about what is best for you!

Health Coach Appointment
30 minute sessions are fun, quick and easy. We can talk via phone, Zoom, facetime, and other remote options. (In-person appointments can resume safely after quarantine). I also will email you weekly…and with your permission text you too!
Our meetings can be done weekly, biweekly or bimonthly depending on your schedule. We try to set up a regular time…but when things come up….just text me and we can reschedule.
Our sessions will help you build confidence, find your strengths, and start building and maintaining healthy habits. We focus on living a balanced life. Meeting content can also include exercises tailored to your schedule.
