Group fitness classes are available to any size group and can even be brought to you through personal training or virtually!

Silver Sneakers Balance and Stability® –Become stronger and improve your balance with basic functional moves to help with everyday tasks.

Silver Sneakers Classic®:  Have fun and move to the music with exercises to increase strength, range of movement Weights, elastic tubing and a ball can be used for resistance. Class can be done completely seated.

Silver Sneakers Cardio®:  Have fun, build strength, and improve your balance as you move to the music Class can even be done completely seated!

Silver Sneakers Yoga®  Seated and standing Yoga postures will increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Classes can be done completely seated.

Silver Sneakers Strength®:  Become stronger and fitter, build and maintain muscle mass and bone strength.

BEGINNER LINE DANCE®: Fun and easy to follow, this class helps with focus, stability, and core strength.

PILATES Mat Pilates will improve core strength, flexibility, balance posture, & develop body awareness.  Class typically is done on a mat, but can be done standing if needed.

POWERFLEX®  is weight training that will challenging every major muscle group, ending with abs and a stretch. This class can be done entirely standing if needed.

ZUMBA® / ZUMBA Gold® and ZUMBA Toning® Additional moves focus on building upper body strength using light weight toning sticks.  ~all levels!

YOGA FLOW: Practice body alignment with Beginner and intermediate classic yoga postures restore and maintain a healthy spine

AQUA ZUMBA® Fun ZUMBA moves in the pool!  No equipment needed.

POOL WORKOUTS : Specifically designed to increase balance, range of motion and strength & endurance, pool workouts are Total body workouts providing Cardio & strength moves! Pool noodles or pool weights can be used if available but not necessary.
