Zoom Classes with Kristi
Zoom meetings have been a fun way to connect and exercise together!
During Shelter at Home 2020 all classes were presented via the Zoom Meeting platform. I am so incredibly grateful for the amazing group that met with me several days a week for fitness fun. You helped to make the ‘covid years’ bearable. 💖🙏 Since taking on a full time job in 2022 I have not offered ZOOM fitness classes - but you can still find my videos on YouTube.
