Programs are billed at monthly rates and consist of a combination of health coaching and personal training sessions. Programs can be changed every month and unused sessions can be rolled over into the next month. Sessions are scheduled based on your availability in conjunction with the our available times to meet. Once you have purchased a program we will arrange scheduling. We can also schedule appointments prior to purchase, if interested please contact me for pricing.

Discovery Session - START HERE!

Every program begins with an initial 60 minute session. The introduction session gives me a chance to explain more about the program, and learn more about your goals. It is a one-time health coach session that is offered at a reduced rate. We can meet either in person, chat on the phone, facetime, or even over messenger. It is really just a chance for you and I to decide what it is that you would like to achieve and what your stumbling blocks might be and how we can tackle them. I always want people to dream BIG! We will assess your readiness to change and talk about goals.

8 week Health Coaching Program 

This program is geared for individuals who are interested in help and guidance in building their healthy lifestyle. Maybe you have tried to lose weight in the past, but have lost direction or gotten off track. Or maybe you have had a sudden change in your life that has caused you to lose your healthy lifestyle. In this program, I will teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle, and support you on your journey, through two health coaching sessions a month.

 Includes Discovery session and Weekly coaching sessions to check in on progress and also weekly or even daily emails/texts/social media correspondence covering nutrition analysis, recipes, tips, motivation and helping you create a mindset and habits for healthy Lifestyle changes. Can include the 10 day jumpstart DeTox program if interested. 

1.       Welcome to a new YOU! We will start with discussing and setting goals, and discuss readiness to change.

2.       Meal planning/ food diaries/ your hunger scale and healthy choices when snacking and dining out.

3.       Exercise history and attitudes / Fitness assessments and finding a workout that you enjoy.

4.       Changing your mindset / building self-confidence and believing in yourself.

Maintenance Program 

This program is geared for individuals who have already gone through the program, or just need help maintaining their healthy lifestyle. In this program, I will help you reinforce healthy habits, and discuss any life changes on a month to month basis. This program is for one health coach session a month.

-One 50 minute Health Coaching Session/month

Group Fitness Classes 

Kristi also teaches one-time or recurring group fitness classes for your workplace or event. Kristi teaches a wide range of disciplines, from yoga and zumba, to strength training and aerobics. No exercise equipment necessary. If you are interested in offering fitness classes to your employees or residents, or want a fitness instructor for a special event, contact us for more information!
